FAQ
ResQ uses a combination of accelerometer data, gyroscope readings, and AI pattern recognition to distinguish genuine crash signatures from everyday bumps. Multiple sensor thresholds must be crossed simultaneously before an alert is triggered, dramatically reducing false alarms.
ResQ's AI auto-detects crash patterns even when you're unable to respond. It sends alerts automatically within seconds of impact detection, without requiring any manual input from the user.
No. ResQ only accesses your location when an SOS is triggered. We do not track, store, or sell your location data under normal usage. Your privacy is our top priority.
ResQ combines IoT hardware, AI crash detection, real-time GPS routing, and a bystander mode in one unified system — purpose-built for Indian roads and emergency infrastructure. Most apps require you to be conscious and manually trigger help.
ResQ is currently in active pilot across 20+ cities in India. We're expanding rapidly. Sign up for early access or join our newsletter to stay updated on the launch in your city.
